After a moment, The Spirit left Belldandy's head to her eft side and winked at Keiichi.
As for Belldandy, she paused and blinked a few times before looking at her hands with an expression of confusion on her face. Eventually, she looked up at Keiichi. Seeing that he was looking off to the side of her, Belldandy turned her head to see what he was staring at.

How did the Spirit alter Belldandy's mind?
Did it make it so that Belldandy is unable to see or recognize the Spirit? It'd be like if the Spirit decides to make out with Keiichi, Belldandy would ignore the spirit and think Keiichi is acting or something.
Or does it make Belldandy worship the Spirit to the point where Belldandy wishes she was in Keiichi's position? As in Belldandy tells Keiichi that she wants to be the one the spirit kisses. Bellldandy would even willingly hold Keiichi in place for the ghost to kiss him.
Perhaps the Spirit altered Belldandy's mind, making her into something like a Kissing Zombie. Where the only thing she can think of is to kiss. Perhaps Belldandy can also spread it to all but Keiichi. Imagine Keiichi's horror when everyone he knows is trying to kiss him while moaning, "Kiss.... Kiss..."
Or perhaps The Spirit altered Belldandy's mind, so that Belldandy is addicted to kissing, like she's willing to break doors if they're in the way of her and Keiichi. Pretty much the Spirit made the act of kissing Keiichi into something like a drug to Belldandy.
