“That is no way to talk to your babysitter!” Orna advances towards Dave, but you quickly ran in front of her and held your arms out. You were between her and the couch Dave sat on.
With you being so close to her, you got an even greater smell of her ogre body. You visibly winced, but you tried to push past the stinging in your nose.
"Ms. Orna, I'm sorry about Dave. When we were told we would be having a babysitter, we imagined another human. Not a really impressive ogre." You added on that last part to butter her up.
She let out a low gruff and crossed her arms. "You're lucky, Dave. But listen, if you insult me again then you're in for a rude punishment. Got it?"
You looked over your shoulder and glared at him. He looked at you then back at her.
"Yes, ma'am..." He grumbled.
"Speak up, Dave, I couldn't catch that." Your babysitter demanded.
"Ugh... Yes, ma'am." He said louder.
"Good. That's better. You human kids lack so much respect for your elders." She then eyed you for a second. "You're a brave kid to get between an ogre and someone who needs a lesson taught to them."
"Thanks...?" You responded unsure of what to actually say.
"You and I are gonna get along just fine. Now, how about we have some fun, eh?"
You let out a small sigh, but you could hear Dave grumbling angrily under his breath. Now you had to figure out what kind of fun she had in store for you both.
