"Is there anything else you're hiding from me?", Diana asks. While you did just give some pretty deep thoughts, she has to be sure that you're not avoiding talking about anything else.
"Y-yes", you meekly answer.
"What is it?", she says, looking at you expectantly.
"I-I-I'm from another universe where you and your world are fictional and viewed as entertainment. I'm essentially similar in origin to Superboy Prime but I can reassure you that I'm not a homicidal maniac nor was my universe destroyed. At least I hope so on the last part. Damn this thing sucks", you declare loudly.
Chuckling a bit, Diana frees you from the lasso and leaves you in her palm. "See, was that so hard?", she says.
"You weren't on the receiving end of it. That thing burned when I wanted to lie. I can safely say that I hope to never be in it again.", you state.
"Actually I have been. The lasso used to belong to my Aunt Antiope. She would use it whenever I got in trouble when I was younger so that I'd learn not to lie. I have to say, it worked quite well", she explains. You nod in agreement. You can see how an item that compels the truth would be useful when dealing with kids, who use lies as almost a second language when in trouble.
"So.... Am I good now?", you ask apprehensively. You certainly didn't want to get on Diana's bad side so listening to her seemed like your only option at the moment.
"Yes. You are. The lasso would've forced you to say if you had negative intentions. Your origin doesn't matter to me, however, so there was no need to hide it from me in the first place. I mean, I'm allied with the son of Darkseid so you should be more than fine", she reasons, earning a sigh of relief from you.
"Ok. Good. Well then, what exactly are you gonna do with me now"
She smiles at you, saying "Well, I think I'm going to________"
