(Note, the Barrier has been broken for a long time, and humans and monsters have no negative relations with each other, but there are always some racists)
A small town near Mt. Ebbot started hosting its annual pie eating week that consisted of 7 days of competitions. 3 competitions were held every day until the week ended and anybody could join. The 2 people with the most pie eaten at the end of the week face off one more time to determined the champion. Asriel signed himself up for the competition about a month ago, before he wanted to got bigger, but now he was going to try and eat as much as he could.
A buzzer goes off signaling the contestants to start eating, they now had 10 minutes to eat as much as they could. Asriel scarfs down a pie, then another, and another. The buzzer finally went off again and Asriel was stuffed, and was rubbing his firm gut as he waited for his score. Asriel was handed a slip of paper that had 21 boxes, one for each possible competition he could compete in. The first box had 37 in it, Asriel was surprised that he ate more than just 15. He was required to hand his slip back in to the "judges" and he carried off on his way.
Asriel walked around the city for a good 4 hours before the next competition was ready to start. After some encouraging words from his parents Asriel was ready. The clock struck 12 and a loud buzzer rang and Asriel dug into the pie. He ate at a decent pace until there was 2 minutes left and he got a terrible belly cramp. Asriel finished the last bit of pie and he stopped to rub his gut. The final 2 minutes passed without Asriel eating anything, and his final score for that round was a 32.
The Final competition of the day was held 8 hours later giving Asriel enough time to digest all the food. Again a buzzer rang and Asriel started eating as much as he could, pushing himself to his limit. By the end, Asriel managed to eat 43 pies leaving him at a grand total of 102 for the first day. The announcer at the front table was calling out the top 10 people/monsters who ate the most pie and Asriel made 8th on the list, 103 pies behind the person in first. After hearing the results Asriel goes home and eagerly weighs himself. 182 was the final number on the scale and Asriel slumps into his bed and goes to sleep exited for the next day.
