Upper body changes first

You felt a strange sensation over the whole of your upper body. It felt as if your skin was bubbling. You looked down to see all excess body fat fading away, to be replaced with a slightly toned upper body, but toned in all the right places for a woman. Next, you immediately felt a feeling like pins and needles, but it appeared to be underneath your skin. You looked down to see that your bone structure is changing slightly, in order to accommodate female body parts rather than male. You felt the bubbling again on your chest as two breasts grew out to be the same size as Sophie's. You felt goosebumps on your skin as all body hair not on your head (including stubble) evaporated. The hair on your head grew out to match Sophie's. Your entire torso then shrank and re-proportioned itself to look more like a female torso. You looked in the mirror to see that your upper body looked exactly what Sophie's now looked like.
