Okay, how about this as a setup. A sort of Alternate reality if you will. Sora's home got taken by the darkness when he was still a little boy, but Mickey had saved him and brought him to Toon Town's Castle. No word yet if his best friend Riku was saved before the world was consumed. There Queen Minnie agreed they take Sora in as their own, and perhaps when he was old enough, earn a chance to wield a keyblade, like King Mickey did. But for now, he was just a cute tot to be cared for by the Queen, and during his stay, something leads him to end up in diapers. Be it magic that regresses him to a stage in life where needed diapers, or just makes him need diapers at the time they found Sora, or him being curious about them. The possibilities of Sora ending up in diapers in this scenario is endless.
