Austin has some interesting - and potentially f...

"Wake up, sasquatch!"

The nine year old groans as the high pitched voice beckons at him to get up. Austin groans and smacks his lips as his feet hang over the bed. His little brother Jeremy waits for him at the side of his bed loyally, kind of like a puppy. Without another care in the world, Austin swings his feet to the left, smacking his smaller brother in the process.

"Sorry 'bout that," Austin says, but he grins while he says it.

Jeremy stiffens, "It's okay," he says quickly, sweat dripping down his forehead.

Austin rolls his eyes, but lets it go since he has class that morning. His bare feet hit the ground, and as he hoists himself up, his head hits the ceiling.

"Shit!"

Jeremy looks up to him, concerned. "Careful! You always forget to duck in the house..." he mutters.

Austin slouches, bending his back as he pushes through the doorway. Jeremy follows the thuds of his footsteps as he makes his way down the hall.

"You aren't going to get dressed?" Jeremy asks, confused.

Austin whips his head around. "YOU don't tell me what to do," he snaps.

At the moment, Jeremy begins to shrink shorter than he was before. The kid that once was eye level with his pelvis shrinks to about knee height in front of his very eyes. Austin is used to this...the perks of being the bigger brother.

His shoulders hit the ceiling, and Austin winces. Jeremy trembles as he hesitantly mentions:

"Y-you keep...f-f-forgetting about the...ceiling," he sputters, and for once Austin is confused.

His vision begins to go hazy as Jeremy gathers the courage to go closer to him.

"You're growing again..." he hears, and then everything goes black.
