Two years have pasted since the Fourth Ninja War. A lot has happened since then. The most important being that Sasuke Uchiha had been allowed to return to the Leaf. There are few that are happy for this. The one most happy is Naruto Uzumaki. Although it my not seem that way at present.
"What did you say Sasuke?" Naruto asked angrily.
"You heard me right, I said that you are a looser and any girl that chooses you is a loser as well." Sasuke said.
"Why you!" Naruto said as he was about to attack but then Sai, the former member of the Foundation that was Sasuke's replacement stepped forward and acted as a wedge between the two.
"Why are you two fighting?" Sai asked in a stoic tone.
"Sorry but this is a matter between the two of us." Naruto said.
"Well there is no need for fighting among friends." Sai said. "I am sure that whatever the issue is that it could be solved without killing each other." With that Sai left.
"He has a point." Sasuke said is a cooler tone.
"Yeah I guess." Naruto responded in a calmer yet still annoyed tone. "But Sasuke it is till uncalled-for. I mean just because girls don't go chasing after me doesn't mean I am lesser then you."
If you are confused then allow me to but those feelings of confusion to rest. About ten to fifteen minutes before the start of the story it was informed that Naruto, the last male Uzumaki in the Leaf and Sasuke, the last Uchiha in the Leaf male or other wise, that this two were given special privilege under the Clan Restoration Act, which states that once the male survivor of a clan endanger of extinction reaches the age of adulthood said person would be allowed to court and keep women as property for the purpose of childbirth until said time that the clan's survival can be insured. After being informed of this Naruto was about to turn down his rights to the law but he let Sasuke get to him and did not speak against. The argument they were having was on the comment Sasuke had made. Now the two must find a way to solve there disagreement with out killing each other. Then Sasuke had a thought.
"Naruto, why don't we make this a competition between the two of us." Sasuke suggested.
"What type of competition?" Asked Naruto.
"You and I will take as many women as we can and through any means impregnate them. The one that has the most offspring in a given time wins." Sasuke said.
Naruto gave it some thought."What would be at stake?" Naruto asked.
"Nothing, this is friendly competition." Sasuke said.
"If I agree to this than I would want to add rules." Naruto said.
"Like what?" Sasuke asked.
"Well first off when we approach a woman there we must tell them of both the law and of the competition." Naruto stared. "Also if one of us are pursuing someone then the other can not interfere."
"Anything else?" Sasuke asked.
"Yeah, we can do anything as long as it is conceptual." Naruto said.
"That it?" Sasuke asked. Naruto gave a nod. "Okay. I can agree to letting them now of the law and not interfering. I even can agree to the conceptual rule. Telling them about the competition maybe a dumb move."
"I guess that is true." Naruto said.
"Okay I will agree to all but telling them about the competition." Sasuke said.
"Fine." Naruto said. "Okay, we start the moment this conversation ends."
With that the two went there separate ways.
