It looked confused on why a human is that small "can you hear me?" "y-yes" you were shock to hear a legendary pokemon speak "How did you get so small?" "I don't know i came to here out of no where and i am this small" "Do you like being small?" "Of couse Not! I want to be back to my normal size" "in that case ill put you back to you're normal size only on one condition" "what is it?" "you have to do everything i say" "Fine anything to not be this size" lugia turns you into you're normal size "Now what do you want me to do?"
