"Really, thank you Hester!" Ronnie said, glad that her friend liked her recipe. "It's one of my mother's recipes, and I tried my best to make it my own, so thanks for complimenting it. I'll be sure to make some if you want tomorrow."
"Ok, bye!" Hester said as Ronnie left on her way to her dorm. Matilda had to agree with Hester on the brownies. Sure they weren't as good as her favorite spices, but she was sure if she had spices with her tomorrow when Ronnie showed up, she would enjoy them even more! After a hour of a bit more talking, Matilda went to sleep so she would have enough energy for the first day of school at the Academy.
The next day, during lunch...
"Hey Ronnie." Hester said as the plump Ronnie sat at her and Matilda's table, with the three of them having trays full of their favorite foods. "So how are your new classes going? I bet they were a breeze since it was the first day."
"Of course it was a breeze Hester." Ronnie said while grabbing a bag out from her backpack, which was filled with some of the baked goods she wasn't able to bring yesterday. "Wanna try some baked goods? I wasn't able to bring them due to my backpack being full last time, but now that most of my stuff is in my dorm I have quite a bit of room for them."
"Of course I want to try some! How about you Matilda?"
