"Uh... Hello, Officer." Heather said with a sheepish grin, covering her breasts with her arms as her face began to glow neon red. "I know how this looks, but -"
"Oh, so you also know that streaking is illegal too, correct?" The Policewoman asked rhetorically in a mocking tone. "And the diaper doesn't count as clothes. In fact, I think you're in more trouble now with that on. Wouldn't you say?"
"Uh..." Heather began, nervously backing away.
Unfortunately, Heather didn't get very far as The Policewoman grabbed her and pinned her to her car. "You're under arrest for indecent exposure." She said as she pulled out her cuffs and cuffed Heather's hands behind her back. "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law..."
