In his mind, Ichigo couldn't have been more embarrassed by being seen like this, and yet, Tatsuki found nothing odd, and seemed to think that he was Orihime. As he wracked his brain for what to do in this situation, he said the first thing that popped into his mind, though it wasn't what he considered the best thing in this situation. "Lets walk the rest of the way to school together." he said to her, somehow a cheerful tone in his voice.
"Alright." she replied, oblivious to the problems of the person before her. As they walked, Ichigo felt oddly calmed, despite his situation. Tatsuki would talk about some stuff, and he would find himself chime in. He found this situation as natural as he found it strange.
It then occured to him. He was dressed like this and Tatsuki thinks hes Orihime. Maybe his strange behavior was because he was acting a bit like her as well, like he had gotten a bit of her personality in whatever had happened to him. It would explain some of his actions and thoughts up to now. And what about the real Orihime? Where was she in all of this?
Before he could think further on the matter, he suddenly found a pair of wrap around his chest. "Good morning, Hime!" a new voice said, a voice that he recognized as Chizuru, a friend of Orihime that was openly infatuated with her.
"Uh, good morning, Chizuru." he replied, currently unsure how to react to the situation. So then it isn't just Tatsuki that thinks hes Orihime, it was likely that everyone did.
Chizuru was then yanked off him forcefully by Tatsuki, who said "Jeez, you just can't ever keep your hands to yourself, Chizuru."
For Ichigo, the part of his mind that himself found the situation growing stanger to him by the second.
