Kevin smiled. "It must have been that milk." As he heard that, Diego ran out the door.
He reached the supply closet, and took out the gallon of milk. He chugged it all down. He collapsed back as it began.

Diego had always been big,but had a large amount of fat too. The milk began to work on his body. His feet slowly began to stretch, going from a size 8 to a massive 19!
He moaned as his small calves began to bulge,a thick, hard boulder protruding out of both of his legs. they pushed further,jutting out the back of his legs,like diamond hard boulders.
His quads began to expand,layers upon rock hard layers. They were like pillows of rock hard muscle stacked on top of each other. Veins began to swell all over them, gorging the huge muscles on blood. The slightest movement flexed the massive muscles.
Diego, while one of the strongest guys on the team, had always been rather fat. His pudgy belly quivered as he convulsed on the ground. A flash of pain went through his stomach as row after row of bulbous, glistening, veiny abs protruded from his stomach, leaving him with a rock hard 8 pack. His obliques became shredded, and massive Apollo's belt muscles pushed out, creating a v shape.
By now Kevin and the rest of the team, including the coach,had arrived in the room, but were helpless to do anything other than watch.
He moaned as his pecs and forearms swelled to a massive size. His neck widened into a column of thick muscle, and his lats and traps swelled massively.
He stood, groaning. He grinned at the rest of the team,but frowned when he noticed he still was smaller than Kevin, who had had another growth spurt. Kevin,however, grinned. "Guess I'm just naturally bigger than you." He gave Diego a hard punch in the gut,knocking the air out of it.
Diego stumbled backwards, and Kevin grinned. Diego looked down at his bare torso, where a large bruise had already formed. Suddenly, the tingling sensation returned. He moaned as two more bulbous rows of abdominal muscle pushed out from his stomach. Then two more. His core muscles now pushed for space with each other. It would be hard to slide a piece of paper into the deep, narrow grooves.
Kevin noticed none of this. He moved in again, high from the power of being able to overpower Diego, and not noticing his own tight 8 pack receding up, leaving him with a flabby, sticky out belly.He lashed out a powerful kick at Diego, hitting him right at the knee. Diego’s knee buckled, and he collapsed to the ground.
As he lay on the ground, his massive quads began to tremble, and then grew again. Inflating like a balloon. A sweaty, veiny rock-hard balloon. Layer after layer of rock hard muscle began to form. You could barely see the rest of his leg, the muscles were so big. The veins didn’t just stand out more, they noticeably swelled, gorging the massive muscles with blood, and causing them to grow larger. His lower legs also grew massively, his calves like two boulders implanted under the skin.
Kevin was also undergoing some changes, unbeknownst to himself. His massive legs didn't shrink, however. What, moments ago, had been pillars of diamond hard muscle, started to soften. The hard lines receded, and his leg muscles melted into fat. Kevin, only noticing a change in his balance, moved in again, punching Diego right across the jaw, and then barreling into him with his hard pecs. He tried to punch him again, but Diego caught his hand, and held on tight.
Kevin noticed he couldn’t pull away, and looked down in shock at his body. Everything below his chest was even fatter than before. He watched in horror as the forearm that Diego was clinging onto lost its sinewy strands of muscle, and the hair that had grown on it. Diego’s became even larger, like a log of wood. His bicep also began to shrink, turning into a residue layer of fat. Diego’s biceps swelled past the point of belief. It was like someone had taken a large beach ball, and shoved it underneath his skin. And he wasn’t even flexing!
