You could join my pack

“Join the pack! Have you gone bananas?” Read replayed

“No, it is the law of the wolves that anyone you select for a mate is free to join the pack. You are the one I choose for my mate.”

“You really mean it Lilly? You are just doing this to help me?”

“Not at all” replied the wolf looking into reads eyes. “I’ve wanted to marry you for a while now but I knew that would mean at least one of us abandoning our families.”

“You think they will accept me?” The red head asked

“I have absolutely no idea” Lilly admitted embarrassed.”

Well, that’s reassuring. Red thought to herself. Still, it seems worth a try. Living with the wolves might be nice. Lilly talks about them like they’re all one big family, and just like most people. They have no problem with homosexuality. This could work.

Soon Lily was talking to her pack alphas. “I have made my choice in a mate.” She announced “and she wishes to join the pack. If we will have her.”

“Well it’s a good thing and found a mate.” The female said, her entire body was white as snow, except for her ice blue eyes “there is plenty enough food and space for her. I don’t see any problem with her joining pack.”

“Indeed” contend the male he was mostly brown with a grey underbelly and a white tail tip. “here’s hoping she will be a welcome addition to our family. Bring her to us.”

“that’s my cue” Red said to herself, as he stepped out of the shadows and into the moonlight. “Hello” Was all she could manage to say.


“A human!” They both said.

“Can my mate be one of us?” Lilly asked.
