Walks to her room where your girlfriend is.

She stands up and disappears into the room where your girlfriend is. You hear them both talking, but can make out nothing more than faint whispers and an occasional giggle. The talking dies down and is replaced with twin thuds from the guillotine. After some time they emerge from your sisters room, both nude and both configured a little differently then when last seen. The first thing you notice is that your sister's body is once again headless. She's holding her head in one arm and guiding along your girlfriend with the other. Your girlfriend's head is back atop her body, but something seems a little off although you can't quite pinpoint what it is. As they both get closer you note that your girlfriend is wearing a black choker that you recognize as belonging to your sister. It's strange, you think, the choker makes her neck look a little longer than normal.

"Now I know you weren't too thrilled about the idea of having to look me in the face while we do it, but I think I found a solution that'll work." Your sister's head explains, still being held by her arm.
"Take a look at this." Your sister's head says while your girlfriend's right hand reaches up to her neck to loosen the black choker she has on. As she loosens the choker you notice that between her body and her head is a flat, rounded piece of plastic. That was what seemed so off; her neck actually is a little bit longer due to that plastic disc being there.
"I took apart an old art project from school and I used that plastic disk to attach your girlfriend's head and her body, but I can still feel and control her body. Your girlfriend's head is more or less just along for the ride." She drives home the point by rubbing her crotch and in response her face turns visibly red from pleasure.
"So that means..." You start to say, but get cut off by your girlfriend.
"Yes, I'm still controlling your sister's body." Your girlfriend says, while mimicking your sisters masturbation which achieves similar results.

"This way, you can look at your girlfriend, and I can still have sex with you." Your sister matter-of-factly states as she readjusts the choker on your girlfriends body.
"But, what about me?" Your girlfriend asks, a slight whimper in her voice. "This is really getting me in the mood, I kinda want some help getting off as well."

Your sister's head pauses to think for a moment and says...
