"Kaylee, are you all right?," Alex asks.

"Yeah, why?," she said. Her stomach was slightly distended, an inch of fat clinging to her body. The only
other changes were minor; her arms seemd to have more baby fat than usual. Also, her stretch pants clung around he

"...never mind," he answered. He looks confused, but then settles down, thinking his mind was playing tricks on him.

Looking away from the couple, you noticed the open book on the ground. Some of the strange writing was
now legible.
