Mr. Watari Goes to the NPA

The next day, you send Watari to the NPA to meet with the police. He will be carrying a computer which the police will use to communicate with you.

"Watari, what is the situation?" you ask to your loyal assistant.

"L..." begins Watari.

2. "The NPA is too scared of Kira...except a few agents"
