Two birds actually could be killed with one stone. With careful aim, John nailed the whole group of younger siblings in one shot. Quickly, they grew skyward until for every inch they saw, their siblings would see 10 feet. They towered over the crowds now and filled the boardwalk, one saw their heads ending around the four and five hundred foot mark.
After a few seconds, the cubs realized what had happened and first off spread out a bit more. There were five of them and the boardwalk was just too small at the most two of them could fit next to each other there, but it was tight. Luckily the beach here was huge, a half mile before it hit the water.
Within seconds, the giants had caught the 'big' kids. They stood in front of them, barring movement in any direction with skates, skate-board, barefeet and whatever other obstacles they could make of themselves. This obstructed John's view of just what was going on. He heard the titans but that didn't tell half the story. He creeps by behind the giants and begins to climb a building, ignoring them as he seeks a better view.
