The diaper machine

So you went back downstairs and into the main living room, and sure enough; you saw a bathroom. You went inside and looked around for--of course--any diapers one of the former children who lived in the house may have owned.
After a while of looking (it wasn't a very big bathroom either, very classy and old-fashioned looking, confirming this WAS an old house) all you had found was this strange... thing mounted against the bathroom wall. At first it would look like a mirror, because it had a classy frame around it, but no, it was more like a steel picture, saying "Diapers, three for one!" and below it, multiple drawings of different types of diapers.
It was very odd indeed, was it an ad for a diaper store? Finally, you noticed something even more odd; a coin slot at the bottom, and a bigger slot beneath it.
"Oh..." You said to yourself, "this must be some sort of vending machine... only for diapers. Ha ha." But then, you noticed something rather disappointing: the machine would only take silver dollars, and those are very hard to find these days.
But still; that didn't stop you. After looking throughout the house, you managed to find one. Just one, but it would get you three diapers according to the machine. So you returned to it, stuck the coin in and heard multiple "clocks" and "clicks" coming from the machine. Then, you realized the pictures of all the diapers were actually stiff buttons, you can push one to get which kind you like.
