Somebody moves in

    by: DerHumpf Author IconMail Icon
The cities of the alieth grew larger and larger and it took just a few more month to let them set their defensive perimeter even further out. The great Jungle wasn't completly discovered yet but they found some artifacts already which could suggest the beeing of an intelligent race that occupied the planet years ago. Strange materials have been used to creat this kind of things and the scientists where still trying to find out how they worked. Metal seemed to be an known substance to this creatures and they knew about the secrets of the wheel. It semed that this things where vehicles. Four wheels, metal axes but nothing that could make it move or open it. The engine was primitive and has been made of one full piece of metal which was kind of useless. The scientist where sure that this was just a fake. A model maybe to create something similar. A design Prototype which wasn't ment to work but it was clear that these unknown aliens where scalable now. They where smaller than the mice they herded but bigger than the bees which they still tried to tame to conquer the air. Maybe this race hasn't been deceased yet and it could be helpful to find allies in this strange world. This was one good reason to keep on scouting and looking for these aliens and simply hope that they where peaceful. Well, the Alieth where born to help each other and even if this species was hostile the last counting of nearly 2 millions of their own kind could clear almost every resistance or hostility towards them.

The Alieth havn't found the house at the end of the garden yet. It had been empty for four years now but this soon would change. The property was cheap for its size and features because of a murder which had been occured here years ago. Nobody wanted to live here also because the corpses of more than 15 people had been buried into the basement but this is over now. Ms. Velvet, the realtor has finaly found not one, but two possible buyers for this house. Mary, a 41 year old Women - divorced shortly and trying to get a grip in life again was very interested in the estate for her two daughters Jane and Joanna. The two 19 year old twins had sufferd greatly under their father and where happy that they where able to stay with their mother now. The other was a Miss Smith, who actually seemed interested in the overgrown garden. Ms Velvet entered the house which had been conserved quite well for it's long abandonment. Everything was wrapped in plastic and the cleaning company had left no trace of the gruesome crimes that had been commited here. Even the basement had been completly renewed only the garden was a wilderness. The grass was way too long by now and wild flowers and bushes where spreading everywhere. This could be a sensitive cost factor for her if the family wanted it shaped up too.
