Another snapshot...

Here's Missy relaxing on the edge of my nephew's bed. We've had her for almost two years, now. She is truly a lovable dog. I know the term "lovable Pit Bull" can be an oxymoron, but having a dog like Missy reaffirms my belief that an animal's environment influences an animal's behavior. Despite the scars that show that Missy was once abused and forced to participate in dog fights, someone also showed her a lot of love; love that she now shares with my family and me.

Update: Missy passed away in May 2013. Surely miss. *Sad*
