Expressing feelings

We're going down a path where I don't want us to be
Usually I would blame myself but this isn't only my fault. It's not only about me.
Never had that person that showed me they cared until you came along
And I know what we have is special but people are still trying to prove me wrong.
I guess hearts are meant to be broken because that's how the story ends in real life
Maybe I should wake up from this dream, thinking one day I will be your wife.
Then again, even though life is not a fairy tale we can make own happy ending
Love is like money but only on some people it is worth spending.
We'll have our ups and downs that I can understand
And things will get in the way, trying to mess up God's planS
It wont be easy but with every problem, one step we'll take
I just don't want this to end up being yet, another heart break.
