Menopause

Well, it's been 6 months since I had a period and they say if you go for one year without a period you're over Menopause.
I'm feeling great! I'm still on vitamins and minerals when I remember to take them and always on the Progesterone creme.
I'm not a "bitchy" as I use to be and feel good. If this is all there is to going through Menopause then I'd say it's over rated.
I'm sure some women have problems going through Menopause but for the most part I think because of the reading I did for myself. I had to do what was right for me. Everyone is different.
Well, just thought I'd update this. I'm mainly doing this for my daughter. So she's knows what I went through in this part of my life.
For years my mother would say,"I never went through Menopause." Finally a few weeks ago I said,"But you did go through Menopause." She said, "Yeah..I guess I did." Hmmmm.
