Just wanted to add a very helpful set of forums that are dedicated to serious novelists. They work at motivating and encouraging writer's to write frequently and get the chapters written, reviewing those chapters and getting the books ready for submission. A fair number of members have had books that they worked on in the forums contracted and published.
