I measured my hair growth the other day and in the past 13 months it's grown 10 inches, so I'm quite happy with that! As for split ends, I only cut the sticky-out hairs that are actually split. Somtimes I get Chloe to go through and just cut a couple of mm off the bottoms of my hir to get rid of the split ends... It takes forever, but in my opinion, its worth it.
