I take that back. There's someone on wiki (I met her two years ago) who had scarlet fever recently. She's not talking about burning all her belongings, though, and I think I would've heard if it was that drastic. It's a very contagious disease, though, isn't it? I mean, they used to quarantine whole households at the very whisper of those two dread words!

I was just looking at all my historical paper dolls tonight and dreaming about what it would've been like if I'd been born a century earlier. Being born in 1885 -- wouldn't that have been glorious?!
