Just a question... In the States, if you do 1 yr of college, then go back to college a few years later, does that 1 year still count for anything? Coz here in the UK, it'd be a wasted year and counts for nothing, which is why very few people take time off or drop out from uni, because they don't want to have done a whole year's work for nothing. Just wondering if it was the same elsewhere in the world.
