As shadow mentioned, it wasn't stupidity that caused you to leave. You just needed some time to prioritize. You are far wiser than your years, and I am sure that your parents are so very proud of you, not to mention that brother of yours! I had an 11-year old daughter once who suffered the plague of a brother. Now, she's 19 and her and bro are good buddies...so there's hope!

You may have lost some things by leaving for a bit, but you'll never lose the respect and love of those whom you have touched in this wonderful community!
