Water? Gatorade? I wrote the book, have the t-shirt, and yadda yadda blah. I'm concerned because I hurt, and I'm getting weak, yet I'm constantly drinking something, especially with Roger going through his treatments. Someone suggested Soy, too as a natural estrogen source, so I'm looking into that. Thanks for the valuable tips.
