Hi!

How are you? Are the kids doing okay in school? I don't know the weather you got, but here, it sure is drizzling! We were supposed to have that rain last week, but we are in for it now! Such a sad part of the year here in the city. I am a country girl and I am used to having the trees full of colours, not just drab yellowish and kind or pinkish ones... I want RED, Real YELLOW and ORANGE and Pink and ROSE and and agh! colours, real bright colours all around.... I miss St-Calixte! Tourist would come to my part of the woods then for the fall colours festival.

But we got photographs a plenty, for dad and mom would go pic hunting in the woods, I went along a few times and took some shots myself. The cameras then were not of the quality we now have, but still, some of those pics are so bright! mom uses them often to paint. So did dad.

Seems like I am the only one to draw or paint without a model... but that is recent, well, almost. I always did nature or feild doodles, with wild plants and dry grass and I would always have a frog and spider and a butterfly somewhere in the drawings. But after I left my hubby and got to the Uni, I met this guy and he is responsible for most of my artwork that comes from inside my twisted head!

The first drawing without a model, I mean one that included a body, was my Musical note drawing and then the Dragonfly, both in my X folder. In fact, I think I only have those two drawings in there! What a dramatic coming out of the model closet that was! lol

Agh, I could go on and on, like for when I talk of kids or pets or....

But I won't, I will say have a nice day LadyBee, and Candi and Davey and I hope my plugging will bring more players here!

Grrrr got to go for another reason too, I am having a hard time with my left eye, there is a spot that makes part of what I see, invisible! It sure makes reading awkward! I hope it is not a permanent damage to the retina like my dad had.... he could hardly read or paint and that sure made is period after the radiotherapy that much harder; taking away is hobbies.

Okay, I am going, I'm going, yeah,....oolollolll

Toodledoo!
