"Invalid Item" Open in new Window. was really cute! I enjoyed this style,
E-mail is nice and informal so there aren't any
grammar recommendations – yea!

There were a couple of typos, but I almost think
you could get away with them due to the e-mail
form you chose to use. Who ever sends perfect e-
mails anyway, especially when you are supposed
to be working...

Thanks for the post . Keep them coming and I will
get to them eventually!
