Greets,

On the edit screen for the item you want to add the image to, there's a "Click to Add Cover". You'll click that (on mobile, tap=click) and upload the photo. This process is different depending on the device you're using, so you'll want to just follow the prompts.

If this doesn't help, please provide some more info... like the device you're using and the exact issues you're having.
