This Newbie loves to read, loves to write

Hello friends,

In my younger days, my favorite authors were Gene Shepherd, Sam Levinson and James Thurbur. It seemed that humor-memoir books by male authors were plentiful. Female authors with a wry tongue-in-cheek style were harder to come by.

That's my style these days. I look for the twist of humor in everyday situations.

Thanks for this community. I am still slogging my way through its nooks and crannies. So far I have four pieces in my portfolio. Please visit; I welcome your feedback.
