This is a hard one. While I absolutely second what Tannus said, one of my first thoughts was actually for something relatively minor. When it comes to the ratings on video games, movies, tv shows, etc., anybody that complains about something being "inappropriate" for children after they ignored the warning should get slapped a stupid tax. For clarification, I'm talking about the parents that bring their child to a movie the child is way too young to watch and is nowhere near ready for. Or giving their child access to a game like GTA before their old enough to understand. I understand knowing your child well and what they can handle, after all I played the original Resident Evil game at twelve, but my mom knew I could handle it.
