Optional Forum Post Bolding
by Jeremy Author IconMail Icon
I would like to suggest a way for a forum owner to have the ability to choose whether or not their own forum post is bolded or not. Many of us run activities where we participate ourselves. In those instances, I don't like that the post is defaulted to boldit draws unnecessary attention to itself.

Perhaps in the header space above an individual forum post (where you find the options to Reply, Open in new Window, Post New, Edit, Suspend, Pin, Delete, Lock) we could be given an option to turn on or off ("highlight") a post. That way actual "important" posts can be given their bold attention grabbing aesthetic and more casual and "unimportant" posts can exist without shouting or being needlessly obtrusive.

Thanks
