Without any doubt it is my mom. The woman was a spitfire and an angel all wrapped into one. She was one of the kindest, most loving people I will ever have had the pleasure of knowing. However, she didn't take crap off anyone, she'd be the first to knock the dickens out of you if you got out of line, and she always spoke her mind. The older I get, the more of her I see in myself (maybe now I'm just willing to admit it). Though I know I'll never live up to how amazing she was. She touched so many lives while she was alive and she was so wise - I still quite miss being able to call her for advice. So, yeah, definitely it was my mom. |
