If I really can't, I get up and go on my computer. Since I sniff lavender essential oil before lights out and do light leg exercises to prevent leg and foot cramps I usually get to sleep fairly quickly. I have also started to go to bed half an hour then usual, so I am can get to sleep when I am at my usual time. Time to stop the madness of spring ahead and fall back as it takes me at least a week to get into the new rythmn. Saskatchewan has made the change this year. They spring forward and stay there. |
