QOTD: What is something you do that would confuse a time traveler from 1900?
Now given that the time traveler is of an age when they travel I would expect them to be long dead by now. Still if they lived into the 1950's they would see things. But life has sped up and innovation has taken the world by storm. My Grandmother was born in 1904 and she saw the advancement of travel, television and even appliances like microwaves and other modern conviences.
If we stick strictly with time, I would say a time traveler would have to deal with much of our digital world starting with digital clocks. No longer having to consult with his analogy time piece he or she may think we are overly simplistic in our use of such time pieces. What may worry him the most is that some people may not even know how to read a timepiece like his own study pocket watch.
going into a cafe for a bite to eat might be met with many sitting at tables staring at computer screens of phones. Each in our own worlds, not really interactive in the world around us.
It is sad to consider, that some of our convivences have made us more socially unaware and self imposed without even realizing what we are missing out on.
