If I was guaranteed a deal, I'd still want the novel I publish to be my best work that I could imagine being well received–not something I could publish because I could, not something I'm not confident about. So, I'd have to go back to a novel I started years ago for NaNo, edited, gave up, started over, tried to do for NaNo again, gave up, and on and on. So I guess if time wasn't a factor, I'd push myself to finish a novel called The Sacrifice.
