I'd agree with teachers and farmers. But here, the education system is broken and it's not generally the teachers' fault; and there aren't many farmers left, having been bought out by agribusiness.

So I'll say short-order cooks. They provide an important service (food), while having to hear people say things like "Better go to college, or you'll end up flipping burgers." Which, thanks to the broken education system, isn't even remotely true anymore.
