I was watching an episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati, which is the Indian version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. There's this lady who is an 'anganwadi' worker. That means she takes care of kids - health and education, Moms and the community in general. She says she gets very little pay and very little respect - and has a lot of responsibility. After watching that episode, that would be my answer.
