Soldier_Mike and Robert Waltz , I just wanted to let both of y'all know, I was petrified when they opened the door of that plane at however many feet high we were. In the photo on my Notebook tab, you can see my white knuckles! In the video on my facebook page, you can see my lips moving as I was seriously praying! I was petrified when they opened the door but the descent was so quiet--so peaceful--so beautiful. You can see my smile on my Biography Tab as I jumped at sunset ! I was 63. The skydiving was a birthday gift to one of my grandaughters when she turned 18. I jumped again a couple weeks later and want to jump again sometime--tandem jumping--I do not ever want to jump alone. Since that initial jump, I have paid for seven more grandchildren to jump... They all loved it! You can read an interesting story about my first jump here: "~ Sky Diving ~" It was a contest entry challenging us to write a story from three different perspectives. I actually interviewed my granddaughter to capture her POV. Anyone reading this post, Read and Review "~ Sky Diving ~" and I will send some gift points your way! ~ ~ ~ JESUS is LORD! ~ ~ ~ |
