I am right there with you, Jay O'Toole

. I initially read through the task and thought, "Ok." Then, I started doing it. More came out than I anticipated. I believe you are right about the not getting help unless we ask, even if it is awkward and painful to ask. I will contemplate your entry and reply. Thanks for being honest and open.
