It means you do have to read every label. If it doesn't actually name a specific source country, you can bet it's a mix of stuff from all over, no matter how cutesy-pie and down-homey the brand name might be.

Thanks for the offer of some US honey, but I wouldn't put you to the trouble and expense. It's not something I've seen in these parts, though on more than one occasion I have seen Mexican honey. A local store does even have Scottish honey, but it's three times the price of anything else. You get what you pay for, I guess...
