A Godzilla Sushi Roll is a specialty sushi roll that varies by restaurant, but most versions feature a core of shrimp tempura, often with cream cheese, avocado, and/or spicy crab salad inside. It is frequently topped with sauces like eel sauce, spicy mayo, or teriyaki, and can also include other ingredients like seared ribeye (NOT!) masago, or chili crisp. NO RIBEYE, that's not a Sushi meat. Same as Tilapia. Tilapia is not a fish meant to be used in Sushi. Sadly, some places will substitute Tilapia for whitefish, without the diner's knowledge. The Roll's contents vary by Sushi shop, and I couldn't tell you what that roll contained. It's been 6-7 years since they changed their menu/name. I also love Ramen, Vietnamese Pho, and Sashimi.
