The Shanzi is a seven line poetry form invented byAndreas Gripp of London, Ontario. The structure consists of 4-5 / 5-4 / 4-4-5 syllables per line with the first two lines introducing a subject/image, the second two lines expanding on that subject/image, and the last three lines providing a conclusion to inspire meditation, as described and demonstrated in the following links:
