- household inventory list at the inherited property
- ways to tamper with a car and kill someone (technical details)
- the newspaper that printed the article
- murder investigation procedures at Scotland Yard (Metropolitan Police)
- contents of your detective's investigation board

I thought your inclusion of the will and the property deed were good choices.
