Someone wearing Crocs to a formal event. Oh wait, did you mean crime crimes? Not just fashion crimes? Most of my experience with real crime has been limited to either low-level offenses (petty larceny/shoplifting, traffic violations, etc.) or white collar crimes (fraud, embezzlement, copyright infringement, etc.). And, to clarify, my experience WITNESSING those things. Not committing them. Experience in the third person. Additional fun fact, I'm actually a notary public here in California and based on how strict the state's laws are for misconduct (some of the laws are admittedly fairly archaic and/or obscure), I've seen at least a dozen fellow notaries guilty of infractions that could technically be prosecuted as misdemeanors or even felonies if someone chose to press charges. |
