Question of the Day!

There are a couple of shoplifters at the stores that I've worked at that I'm aware of. While I didn't witness them with my own eyes, I was aware of them having happen, with the arrival of the police and talking to co-workers who did witness them and our asset protection person. I'll tell you about the one that happened about a year after I started. The lady acme in with her toddler (about two) and her infant (about one). She hid the things she shoplifted under her infant's carriage. When she got caught and they asked her why, she said her kids were hungry and thirsty and she couldn't afford to purchase the items to feed them. They probably would have believed her if what she'd stolen hadn't been 300+ dollars of steak, shrimp and wine.
