Weekly Goals

Writing:
Write 750 words a day - (5250 words a week)
Do my Morning Pages each day and ask for guidance.
Do my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes.
Do a contest entry for WDC and a short story for The Bradbury.
Review 6 stories on Deadlines for Writers.

Post my Treasure poem on Wednesday to Deadlines for Writers.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection
Tues. 7 pm Excuse Me Your Life is Waiting workshop - may miss this because I am going to Stratford for another play.
Tues. 7 pm Fiction Forge Workshop - can do replay.
Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection.
Continue Substack workshop stuff that I copied.

Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 26 books so far.

Work:
Work with Kyle this week -Thursday
Organize 2024 / 2025 year and 'put it to bed'

Health:
6K steps a day
Meditation
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day.
Body Groove - Do a variety of sessions that work range of motion but don't put weigh on my left healing dislocated elbow
Do my physio exercises to increase the range of motion in my left elbow
No eating after 8 pm.
No screen time after 9 pm.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm.

Other:
Take out Green and Blue Recycling bins.
Take an Artist Date: go see Anne of Green Gables at the Stratford Festival at 2 pm on Tuesday.
Getting my Online presence back. Work with Michelle on Monday afternoon
Gardening
Housecleaning
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.)
Make appointment with her Cardiologist.
Make a hair appointment for my mother
Get the rest of the POA stuff to the proper places.
Get her to do her activities to have her urine tested and return the samples to the lab.
